We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.

Appointment Cancellations

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged the full-service amount.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 5 Days before your appointment, and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.
